Thomas Lee is the Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) at QTS Data Centers, where he leads initiatives to enhance workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the organization’s operations. With over 20 years of experience in the power industry and other sectors, Thomas has developed an expertise in global safety leadership, operational risk mitigation, and the advancement of safety culture in complex, high-risk environments. He holds a Safety Sciences degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and multiple certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Throughout his career, Thomas has been dedicated to driving continuous improvement, fostering collaboration across industries, and ensuring the highest levels of protection for people and critical infrastructure.

Donna Lynch
Vice President, EHS | STACK Infrastructure

Donna Lynch is the Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety for STACK Infrastructure. Donna maintains a Certified Safety Professional designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and has over 20 years of experience in EHS management. She first began supporting the data center industry in 2011 when she began supporting a global hyperscale firm with EHS compliance around the world. She was hired by STACK to build an EHS program in 2021. Prior to coming to STACK, Donna led the Health & Safety Practice area for a global EHS & Sustainability consulting firm. Their primary focus was supporting global technology companies. Her prior experience includes a decade in the Insurance industry focused on manufacturing, real estate and hospitality clients. And she began her career as a manufacturing engineer in the agricultural equipment and defense avionics industries.

Director Health & Safety EMEA | Salesforce

Michael Fleming is the Director of Health & Safety EMEA at Salesforce and brings nearly 20 years of global risk and safety leadership experience. His expertise spans multiple industries (Construction, Technology, Live Events & Real Estate) and geographies, with a track record of developing comprehensive health & safety strategies across complex international regulatory environments.

At Salesforce, Michael leads health & safety operations across EMEA and LATAM regions while managing the global Data Center safety program. He drives strategic program development, builds high-performing teams, and manages critical stakeholder relationships across multiple countries. Michael strongly commits to managing risk, advancing safety culture reflecting his own core values of equality & care.

Rich Follweiler
Operations EHS Manager | Flexential

Rich Follweiler is the Operations Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for Flexential. Before his Operations EHS role, he spent 20 years as a Critical Infrastructure Manager working in Data Centers. With 25 years in the Data Center Industry, he has a unique perspective of observing safety practices and preventing hazards within Data Centers.

Michael Duplantis
EHS Vice President for the North America Region | Vantage Data Centers

Michael has over 25 years of EHS experience in high hazard work environments including oil and gas locations, chemical facilities, manufacturing plants, and large-scale construction projects.  With a career that spans all aspects of the EHS discipline from environmental compliance to safety programs, Michael has successfully managed front line, regional, operational, and corporate roles.  

Having worked at Fortune 500 companies as well as startup companies, Michael brings a unique perspective to developing, delivering, and scaling EHS programs, culture, compliance and departments to the needs of the business.

Based in Broomfield, Colorado with over 30 years of experience spanning StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle. Aaron brings deep expertise and leadership across complex, global EHS and sustainability programs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in public health with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene, providing a strong technical foundation for his work in protecting worker health and safety while advancing organizational sustainability goals. He is recognized for driving practical, scalable solutions that align regulatory compliance with operational excellence in high-tech environments.

Lauren Wendon
Divisional Director for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) | CBRE

Lauren Wendon brings over 15 years of experience across high‑risk sectors to her role as Divisional Director for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) for CBRE Data Centre Solutions across EMEA. Her background spans rail and transport infrastructure, engineering, and property and facilities management, providing a strong foundation for leading QHSE in complex, business‑critical environments.

Lauren joined CBRE in 2021, initially serving as QHSE Lead for a major telecommunications contract, where she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of QHSE performance, ensuring robust compliance and operational control. She moved into the Data Centre sector in 2023, initially in a UK‑focused QHSE Director role within CBRE’s Data Centre Solutions business, a position she held for 2.5 years. More recently, Lauren has transitioned to an EMEA remit – responsible for setting strategic QHSE direction, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving consistent standards across the region’s data centre portfolio.

Benjamin Legg
Global Vice President, Health & Safety | Digital Realty

Ben has 30 years’ global experience delivering progressive Sustainability, Safety and Health operations. He has successfully led and facilitated change programs across many industries including healthcare, commercial, heavy infrastructure, and industrial organizations. He has worked and led global entities such as Aecom, Ferrovial, Skanska, Mace and was the Executive Director of safety for NEOM The Line, a 170km long, 500m high vertical linear city, an unprecedented smart city, unparalleled globally in scale or complexity. He is now the Global Vice President of Health and Safety for Digital Realty based in Madrid, Spain.

He equally gives his time on a pro bono basis, as a Non-Executive Director for Repple and Navatech, both startup businesses focused on highly innovative technology driven solutions. He is an Awards Ambassador for The Royal Society for The Prevention of Accidents and a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Occupational Safety and Health business leaders group advising on strategy and business planning for the Institute.

Gareth Evans is a global Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSQE) leader with over 20 years of experience across construction, real estate, data centres, and high-risk technical environments. Gareth is the Vice President of HSE for Yondr Group, leading HSE strategy, governance, and critical risk programs globally.

Gareth is deeply committed to moving HSE beyond compliance, focusing on what makes work go well, not just what goes wrong.  He is passionate about shaping high-performing cultures that priorities accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement in complex, fast-paced settings.

Jamie Hill
Senior Director of Environmental Health & Safety | EdgeCore

Jamie Hill, is the Senior Director of Environmental Health & Safety for EdgeCore.  Jamie has over 15 years of leadership experience in the energy sector mainly in nuclear and natural gas, where she has built an impressive track record in safety, environmental management, regulatory affairs, and public policy. Most recently, as a Senior Manager at Exelon, she was responsible for directing all environmental activities for Pepco Holdings, including driving the company’s climate strategy and leading its environmental justice initiatives. Her leadership responsibilities also included conducting safety audits and managing the certification of programs to ISO 14001 and 50001 standards.  Jamie holds a Master of Science in Energy Policy & Climate Change from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.

Based in Seattle, Kelli has held senior roles in both the U.S. and U.K., most recently as the head of Health, Safety, Environmental & Carbon for the largest refinery in Washington state.

Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between technical safety requirements and organizational culture to build resilient, safety-first environments on a global scale.

Mark McKeon
Senior Director of Safety | Rowan Digital Infrastructure

I serve as the Senior Director of Safety at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, where I oversee construction and operational safety across data center campuses in the United States. I hold both the Construction Safety and Health Technician and Certified Safety Professional certifications from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including 23 years dedicated to Environmental, Health, and Safety, I have contributed to sectors such as power delivery and generation, telecommunications, wastewater, transportation electrical systems, electrical testing, data centers and the manufacturing of electrical and HVAC equipment. I earned my business degree from Winona State University. My approach to safety emphasizes fostering employee engagement on projects and building collaborative relationships between companies to reduce workplace injuries and fatalities.
